Adding database (MySQL) and Administration to a PHP website

Hello,
I have a website done in PHP but the data is static (no database and no administration).
I need to have the same site (the HTML is already there and usable) but it has to take the information from a MySQL database (that you have to provide) and all the info (text + images) can be administered from a backend administration.
The website (it is in italian) structure is:
- Home page/Chi siamo: text, image
- Cucitrici: custom text at the top, list of products (1 or more images with caption, title, description, website)
- Scuotitori: same as cucitrici
- Piccoli attrezzi agricoli: same as cucitrici
- Macchine da cucire ed elettrodomestici: same as cucitrici
- Articoli da regalo: same as cucitrici
- dove siamo: image, text
Good quality of HTML/CSS/PHP required. Preferred XHTML. It has to work properly in IE 7+, Firefox, Safari, Chrome.
