convert timeclock data to compute a simple timecard

I bought a timeclock from china and the included software does not work so i need to make a simple solution that with import the included zip file and convert it to a simple timecard that will show the employee and days worked along with the funtion to add or delete data and have it computer totals between days that can be selected. and need to be able to print the file and save. i opened the txt file and it appears to be in chinese. also the timeclock program will have to have seom basic rules such as when a employee clocks in and it show 3 clockins in 5mins that it will only show the lastest one.
