Converting HTML website to ASP.NET or PHP

Looking to convert an existing e-commerce html site into something more dynamic like asp.net. Currently, having to manually alter over 300 pages is a nightmare and extremely time consuming.
In all honesty, once the mainframe for the dynamic headers/footers etc was set up and a mock-up database working, I could probably teach myself the rest.
The site is currently undergoing a facelift as well to mark ouor 25th anniversary (the old site is here [login to view URL]) so I have attached some files to give an idea of what the new style site will look like (there will be stuff on the right hand side, just don't know what yet...).
