Building a custom radiobuttonlist web server control

I am in unrgent need of a radiobuttonlist as a server control in VB.net only please which has two radio buttons and an option is selected by the value that are passed. For example If I return a value of "1" then the yes button should be checked otherwise if I return "0" then no should be checked but if the data returned is not 1 or 0 then the radiobuttonlist should not be checked at all.

a user conrol or a server control would be fine so long as I can drag and drop it on the web form and then be able to pass a value to it in runtime in the codebehind.
