ASP.NET Property Listing Website

I am after an experienced ASP.NET web developer to produce a website for me.

I have already been messed around prior to this with a coder who was awful. PLEASE only bid if you know what you are doing.

I need the following as the deliverables:

- A script that will allow the user to submit properties in to a database

- A website that will display these, and allow the user to search for them, as well as browse them.

Complete specifications as well as mockups will be provided.
