C# Search Module outputting results (8x filtered variables)

Existing website requires a search module allowing visitors to select from a filter list of 8x variables.
The search module needs to be written in C#.
Each of the variables represent a SQL table.
One of the tables is a primary table.
The search module searches the tables for relevent matches to the visitors filter request out of all unfiltered possibilities.
The result array of matches then needs to output a results page (10 results per page with next/prev navigation buttons) showing which items from the primary table match the visitors filtered search.
Previous experience of writing such functions/modules a clear advantage.
