Convert Word Press Template To asp.net Web Forms

I have a word press template that I need converted over to a C# asp.net web application. It will consist of 2 pages.
I purchased this template and have all the source files for it. Links to live version of the template are below.

I need the pages to look identical to the template, but need them configured for asp.net.
Specifically I want different parts of the template put into Master Pages, Themes and User Controls.
The page layout, background and styles should be incorporated in Master Pages / Themes
The main menu should be put into a user control
The social networking icons should be put into a user control
The image slide show should be put into a user control
The 'Latest News' should be put into a user control
The sponsors (Ourelio, Core, Deliverix, etc) should be in a user control
The footer should be in a user control
The menu and above should be in the master page
The footer and below should be in the master page
Everything between the menu and footer should be in a page.
I need the project to be completed within 3 days of rewarding the project.
