Develop a translation app with voice support (integrated with Chat Apps)

Looking for experienced iPhone native app developers for an app which can convert voice to text and send that to chat application like whatsapp and facebook. Should be able to do the opposite as well

* Voice to text and text to voice conversion (iOS APIs)

* Translation support (Third party APIs, support for 2 alternate APIs needed)

* Synchronous integration needed with Whatsapp and Facebook using their APIs to send and receive chat text

* A prototype would be needed before the actual app for early user testing

* Innovative UI needed which is better than competitor apps

* User stories and low fidelity wireframes would be provided

* Code project would be needed as a deliverable

* Deployment on app store, deployment guide and 2 month warranty needed as well
