Android App that play videos and get list from web

I need an app for android that will be used on android boxes (set top box)
app will have 2 screens (see atached image)
App will play streaming links from a json file or xml or txt or a M3U8 file (u can chose best option)
that file i will host somewhere on the web (i dont like my server) i prefer google sites ,or (u can tell me any other way but i need to edit file or replace and link dont change)
SO U JUST make app to get video links and video names from that file example

1. When user open app it will see a screen like IMG1
-On that screen app need show any code that is different on each device (example Mac or serial number or any other code)
- if i add that Mac or S/N on another file (example : [login to view URL] or txt or...) in [login to view URL] then app check if that code exist on that file and if YES then it show to user the screen number 2 (IMG2). if code (mac or s/n) is not pressent on that file then app will not show nothing (maybe a refresh button).
[login to view URL] screen 2 is shown to user (IMG2)
then user there will have channel list that will get from file that is hosted on [login to view URL] (M3U8 or xml or txt or json )
So channel list will be on left side and when u switch channel after 5 seconds menu will hide
so if u click on remote control UP or DOWN it will change channels and show the list on left side
[login to view URL] need to start after device boot (maybe u can add a checkbox on first screen (IMG1) -if that is clicked app will start when device start)
