Add ad banners to existed android game

I have an completed android game needs ad integration (Supersonic & NativeX). I also looking for long-term hiring if this project is successful. Here's the details:
- Add a button to main scene of game.
- When player clicked on this button, load a new scene with 2 button "Supersonic" & "NativeX" (AD network)
- When player clicked on these buttons, load offer wall ad banners.
Requirements:
- Remote URL settings: I can specify an URL of a text file to load ad settings.
- Game must be tested successfully on Bluestack simulator.
- Game can be run on background: when player click on offer wall to install another apps then back to my game to receive rewards, must show the left open offer wall ( game isn't be killed by OS )
