We need an Android / iPhone app that will notify our website users when a new project is posted on our site (push notifications) in their city & business category (that info is already gather by us & stored in a mysql db). They will be able to see the project details in the app & place a bid on that project if they choose to.
User downloads app -> user signs into app with same credentials as our site ->
New project posted on site by random project poster (new project will be posted with city / category) -> notification sent to app users in that city / category -> app users view project details -> app user posts bid for project -> bid is saved in our mysql db
If possible please provide an overall bid for both Android & iPhone app development & also please provide broken down bids for each to help with our decision. This will be very basic app, not much design.. all white background, minimum buttons, etc.
The website it communicates with is a Wordpress installation. We have enabled a RESTful JSON API to help with app request. We're open to other suggestions is necessary but we would like this small app to be completed within just days or sooner.
