Android App using Bluetooth to connect to devices and track them

I need an android app built. I already have most of the design done, in a PSD document, all screens. I need the app to connect to different devices, such as headset, tablets, laptops, etc... and when a connection is broken, it will alert the owner and post it on the screen. this is basically a way to track devices and make sure user doesn't leave it behind. more details will be given to the selected bidder, along with screenshots, etc..
Please LISTEN TO THIS: Do not bid if you don't have an app in android market you can show me and prove that YOU wrote it. experience working with Bluetooth not necessary but will be a plus, keep your bid competitive, this is not a difficult project.
