Alter some Images/ convert DGN file

Hello-

We need to convert a DGN file of a boat and export into two file formats- IGS and X_T. We are using Rhino 3D Mac but it does not import the DGN file properly.

Please let us know cost to do this. We can budget up to $50.00 for this conversion.
