Create a function for image feature extraction

This function needs to generate a mfcc file(.mfc) and able to be loaded to the htk server at the end.

dont bid this if you are not sure what to do and just plan to provide some code from the internet

it needs to be working and send me the code first, otherwise, wont release anything.

I wont able to test it if i dont have the code
