Asterisk Voip termination

I have vps server (server A) with static IP OS Debian wheezy 64 bit
The Server A receiving VoIP calls , with SIP and IAX protocol and sending incoming calls to Server B
the Server B ( PRIVATE NETWORK IP / unknown IP) receiving calls from server A and sending to GSM Gateways (Goip16)
For configuration of both A and B there will openvpn networks
Some kind of bandwidth compression is required for better performance on low bandwidth connection.
server A to Server B voice traffic will be encrypted so that voice port blocked bandwidth can be used for termination
both iax and sip acount will be encrypted with softphone (zoiper) tls encryption
both iax and sip acount will be at the same port 443
I need someone to install and configure asterisk with server A and B and apply what i mention above
