I use Joomla 1.5 with Joomleague 1.5.1

Bascially i need some kind of system where 2 managers can agree a deal and then put it through a form or something and then it will automatically update the teams and the CLUB BUDGET via the details given in the form.

I dont have a lot of money so it will have to be cheap also its a small project.
