Crooss-compability browsers - IE FIX - CSS / JAVASCRIPT

I've developed my portfolio website and it's working fine on Firefox/Safari and Chrome.

Need some help to make it work the same way on IE 7,8 and 9.

The tasks will be:

- Align divs that are not being properly rendered.

- Hover on the initial page. When u hover on thumbnails, it shows some detais, should keep the same.

- The menu: "ALL WEB MOBILE INTERACTIVE GRAPHIC PHYSICAL COMPUTING" is not working properly either, not being rendered and filtering the data

- the navigation menu that has a simple bug: when u hover on the "works", its width grows beyond the link.

Need it done ASAP, so please also consider the timing, ideally for tomorrow morning, US time.
