I have a Math Facts teaching program that is written in Flash AS2 that I need converted to HTML5 or another language that can be viewed on an IPAD.
You'll see we teach the 100 multiplication facts through a series of memorization tricks that are very effective. Your job will be to copy this program format nearly identical to what you see but to have it so it can operate on an IPAD as well. I assume this would be HTML5 or JAVA or something else...
There are many different parts to the program so before you bid you MUST take 5 minutes and go through the entire program (100 math facts) at the URL below. You'll see there are also talking animations - you don't need to make these as i use a company called "SitePal" that hosts the characters - we just include one line of code that calls each animation character at the end of each set of 10 math facts (or when a math fact is answered incorrectly):
