android video converter(repost)

should be working on android os 2.2 and above

I need a video converter for android the app will do this:

1. user chooses source video (browse files)

2. user chooses target format.

3. user chooses convert.

4. app shows a progress bar and converts the video.

5. app shows result and tells user where converted video is and suggests to open it. (if user choosen target as mp3 then opens target audio).

also delivery should also be detailed description of how i should be compiling ffmpeg if needed. or compile/use any other library.

you can use any other library if you want.

should be able to convert videos so viewable by native android player as well.
