Cookie or 302 Redirection

Hello,

I have a relatively uninteresting SEO question that anyone that can take 2 minutes from their time can [url removed, login to view] would be much appreciated.

This website <[url removed, login to view]> has a warning page that appears the visitors when you click on it for the first time.

The page is this : <[url removed, login to view]> .

What i actually want to know is how they do this because it seems that even if the warning page is the first seen by a visitor , its not indexed by google .Google takes as index the right page and not the warning .

From what i heard by now the warning page is either

-cookie enabled link (appears if you don't have a previous session on that site)

-302 redirection

-Combination between these 2.

Any answer would be great.
