Guaranteed Hours - Permanent Contract - Marketing Assistant Required

If you are someone that LOVES being on your laptop and learning new tricks about marketing and business stuff, then you are what I\'m looking for.

I am looking for a personal assistant to work guaranteed and consistent hours on a permanent basis. I\'m looking for someone to work a 3 hour block, Monday to Friday. Guaranteed hours means you can bill me for the time we\'ve agreed upon every day, even if I don\'t have any work for you (although I will likely always have work for you).

There may be the opportunity to further increase the hours to full-time or near full-time in the future if desired (very likely if you do well).

I am looking for someone I can work with permanently.

I run a couple successful businesses that sell physical products internationally. You will learn a great deal about entrepreneurship, running a business, online marketing, sales and more:

Duties will include:

- Making English speaking phone calls with USA customers

- Regular liaison with myself over Skype and email

- Publishing press and marketing pieces online

- Sending free product to bloggers to review

- Contacting and building new relationships with media

- Reading books and implementing new systems in the business

- Writing world-class step-by-step processes

- Scheduling meetings

- Sending emails on my behalf

- Data entry

- Phone calls (following up, surveys)

- Hiring and managing other outsources

- Other duties

I provide very specific written instructions for all tasks.

If you do not have excellent written and spoken English, and are not comfortable making phone calls (over Skype or similar) then you should not apply for this position. I will provide Skype credit.
