Design tempalte, and set up newsletter

I have installed the following plugin [login to view URL] on my site and need
a. A newsletter template set up, that send newsletters in a similar format to my site.
b. Two lists set up, one to include SUBSCRIBERS and ADMIN users, another to include WHOLESALE BUYERS (not wholesale customers)
c. Newsletter set up for each list, so admin can easily go an draft a newsletter and send it
Format would include
a. Welcome introduction section
b. Products section.
c. Special section.
d. Footer, with logo, business name and address.
e. Unsubscribe
c. Site needs to be modified, so that whenever a user is created they are given the option of signing up for the SUBSCRIBER newsletter ONLY.
d. Wholesale customers should automatically be subscribed to the wholesale newsletter.
e. Tracking and responses should be set up
Notes. This is a live site. Do NOT send out any newsletters. If this happens the Job will be cancelled its a setup only job.
This is a combined wordpress, admin, html, job.
If you send in a standard, boilerplate application i wont consider you, prove you have read the job and convince me you can do it.
I need it started, and finished within 24 hrs so dont apply unless you are ready to go.
