Design prototype of Calendar System (HTML/CSS)

We will develop a commercial appointment booking system which will be used by companies that has a need for a booking system. We will sell access to the system as a SaaS-system.
We now need help by an expert freelancer or a team making the design prototype. This involves making all of the system user interface as a prototype, without any functionality.
Interface design should be based on finished templates (like those on Envato market) to save time when that is possible. We have admin template. Some parts of the UI has to be custom built or modified.
We are already behind schedule so please specify how fast you can complete the project. Fast completion is a major advantage. So if you can work day and night to complete the project that is very good.
You should be an expert in HTML/HTML5/CSS/CSS3 and have the magic feel for beautiful design.
Please see attached file for details of the system. The file describes the whole system requirements, but this task is only for creating a HTML prototype. We will then use the HTML to build the functionality on top.
