Design a T-Shirt & Poster for the 2016 Mid-Atlantic Women's Motorcycle Rally

Looking for at T-Shirt and Poster for a non-profit women's motorcycle rally. We raise $$ for local women's cancer charities. The design should have a vintage feel and we would like to have a vintage female motorcycle rider riding in front of the rolling mountains of west virginia. This is a front design for a t-shirt so it shouldn't be too big. The poster will feature the same design, but have some additional text (see attached).
In the attached doc there are some reference images, a quick drawing and the text required on the shirt and poster.
We will need both an image of the T-Shirt as well as the raw files. The files should preferably be in Illustrator.
