I am creating a page where need to design the logo and banner for this page

Its a news/magazine page.

Logo and Banner..Logo should be small part of banner.
Logo should be F but since the name is 1st we want to create the f with combination of ones maybe the vertical upper and the the mille all three lines with thee one symbols..
