Design a Brochure

We need a designer to create a template magazine for us. This magazine will be 6x9" starting with the cover and 4 inside pages. The magazine will be for ONLY ads. We will have 1/4, 1/2 and full page ads throughout each page. The magazine template must be designed to account for the bleed as well as the 3 different advertisement sizes. You will just be designing the static layout of the magazine for us to use on every edition.
The magazines logo which we already have will be at the top. There must be room at the top to put 3 cities at a time There must also be room at the top for the edition number (ex: March 2017). At the bottom of each page (except the cover page) should be pagination, the edition number (ex: 6 | March 2017), it must also have the company phone number and website at the bottom (preferrably the right side and pagination/date on the left).
