I'm looking for a developer in Toronto to build a web based cricket game. Requirements are:

-back-end design and coding

-database design

-front-end design

-email template design

-content management system

-other unique features built on the site

-payment system

Site features will be relatively complex to build.

Further details will be provided to providers selected for further discussion. Provider must be willing to work with owners to build out site and provide opinions and feedback.
