Create a Series of Short Videos

I require someone to create a series of short videos for Facebook based off one edited interview. You will need to create a 1 to 1.5 minute video (with background music) as a summary of the interview. You will then create a series of 40 second to 1 minute short videos from each question/answer in the interview. An example will be the videos produced by Gary Vaynerchuck. Each video will need to include captions, music and a closing title (that i will provide).
This will be an ongoing project for the right person.
