Create Chinese New Year Red Packets

Looking for a graphic artist to design up to 30 different Red Packets for 2018. Preferably an artist with Illustrator software skills, able to read and write Chinese, able to understand Hot-stamp and Emboss processes, ability to understand print production process. I will provide brief on what type of design I want. I will provide size and template of the Red Packets. If you reside in either Singapore or Malaysia, this will be an added advantage.
