Convert a Wordpress Template to a Website - Includes WooCommerce and Buddypress

The purpose of the website is to integrate social network with an online store using buddypress and woo commerce. The profiles next to be graded into professional and end user, with the professional able to sell diary time, services and link through to receiving commission from the online store.

Themekraft provide a plugin to help woocommerce and buddypress talk to each other – not sure if it is needed.
-What do I need from you
All of the plugins are readily available for purchase. Please design the site to act like a social network integrated with an e-commerce store.
The site will be graded into professional users and end users. The professionals will be listed/rated etc as per 'Freelancer.com' and NEW customers can book a time slot in their diary and pay for their time.
Existing customers will join the professional's network - like '[login to view URL]' - enabling instant messaging, diary management (for future bookings). The professionals need to be able to add a place of work - like [login to view URL] - where the employees are listed on the right hand side.
The professional will be able to sell their own time and services, but must also be able to post on a 'timeline' to contact all of their customers at once. The professional needs the ability to 'tag' products sold on the e-commerce store.
The e-commerce store will be managed by the websites administrator, and using woo commerce multivendor plugin, the professionals will be able to sell the products to their EXISTING customers, which will allocate commission (payment).
The payment gateway needs to be either Stripe or Paypal. There must be an option to set up a recurring payments

The end user (paying customer) must be able to use Facebook login. They must be able to browse 'professionals' by location, price (like 'freelancer.com').
The end user must be able to have their own profile and network of friends/groups who they can IM, and view timeline.
They must be able to view 'professionals' in their network separately from 'friends'.
The end user must be able to see the products they have bought, and wishlist. They must be able to save posts from professionals or friends where products are 'tagged' into their wishlist.
Images will be provided for revolution slider on front page. Logo can be provided.
