Cashback Website Developer

I need to develop a cashback website like [url removed, login to view], www.gopaisa.com. I need the following features:-

1) Member registration

2) Record the visits of every member

3) Track the orders under the member accounts separately. The different orders from the same merchant must be added together under the same merchant name, but also must be able to see them separately. (Orders from the same merchant will be shown as Tracked or Confirmed or as Paid)

we already gone through [url removed, login to view] and other similar types of script which are ready to integrate but we are looking for script which are mainly made for India.

Ready to launch projects are preferable with front-end customized as per our instructions.
