Build a simple Word Press personal resume site

Hi there,
I am looking to create a site that will serve as my online resume. It needs to be visually appealing, and easy to maintain and update through Wordpress as I would be the one maintaining it.
It will need to have two sections:
1) This is where you see my regular resume information and one will include videos and portfolios.
2) Place where I can create many entries (see personalized cover letter or applications). I need to be able to upload documents to each entry. Access to each entry must be restricted so only the company I am applying for can reach their specific entry. I am open to suggestions on different ways to do this.
I will need your help with the creation of the site and the visual components as well. Please in you reply include your bid, your timeframe and any examples of work.
