Build a Wordpress Site for a Small Fundraising Event

Our school sports team is hosting a wing bowl. We would like to create a wordpress site that has the following features:
- register for event (will involve payment)
- ability for someone to upload a photo when they buy
- ability for participants that have bought tickets to then fundraise
- ability for participants to share their fundraising on social media
- ability for an interested person to ask someone to sponsor them and pay their registration fee
- ability someone to invite another person to participate (or challenge them to participate)
We are basically looking for a fun site that will encourage participants to fundraise and interact with each other. I am pretty savvy with Wordpress and, if needed, can do the actual design piece. I am open to use themes & plugins, but have not yet found any that meet my needs.
