Our company has changed our identity; we require a corporate website that stands our above the rest. Our client base includes all industries of manufacturing, government and military contractors. We supply wholesale electronic components, semiconductors and a broad range of materials used in tech manufacturing. We would like to have our site built in WordPress using a popular theme (possibly Avado ) so it can easily be updated and we can make minor changes or updates when required without programming knowledge. We require the site / template to be supplied so that we have live version and a copy which can be tested for adding apps, modifying text or testing other changes.

Download / upload documents for customer to download and upload PDF's and have the option for customers to fill out the forms online.
Ability to download our line card.
A form to submit requirements for purchase and the ability to upload docs ( Excel docs ) for BOM’s “ build of materials “
The ability for a customer to create a login to view history of quotes we have supplied and docs they submitted.
We need a way to upload quotes to a customer’s portal.
A quick method of submitting a requirement without having to register or create a login. A quick form would consist of a Name, Company, contact name, phone number, Part number they require, Quantity, target price.
A Part number search box on every page which would display results from a database I will supply. I will need to know what which format you would require.
This search feature will let a customer generate a inquiry to be sent to us regarding the part number which was searched for.
The ability to show order status. We don’t currently have a method of connecting our order entry, purchase order, invoicing, UPS or Fed Ex shipments. Our software is based on WINFORMS / DEVEXPRESS

We DO NOT do web commerce. All our customer orders are placed with purchase orders and processed on propriety software.
We have an extensive list of part numbers we’ve sold over the years. We would like these part numbers to be embedded somehow so our site can be found SEO when searching for a particular part number within a search engine. If a particular part number becomes popular in the market, we would like the ability to quickly add the product to our site so that it’s found in SEO. Or if there is a another way to achieve these results without embedding these numbers we can discuss the options.

A Live Chat feature a customer could initiate or if a customer spends X amount of time we can issue a pop up asking if they need further assistance.
Ability to have a customer enter a name and phone to have us immediately call them back.
