Im looking for a prank calling site simmilar to [url removed, login to view] / [url removed, login to view] / [url removed, login to view]

site must be easily updateable so i can change / update the call/voiceovers every few months or so. each user should get 2 free credits per day (each prank call uses 1 credit) if a user wants to place more than 2 calls per day they can buy credits (payment via paypal) for their account. if someone does not want to get prank calls they should be able to block their number from being used on the site.
