Build an online user portal to produce reports from a MySQL database. Users will only have access to their group info, but may elect to select the entire group or individual names within the group. Reports should be formatted for both screen and written format. Access will be limited to those with a proper username and password.
A forms based MySQL database is already being used. From the website, a link should be provided that allows the user to login to a screen where they select a date range and either the entire group or individual names within the group they want to generate a report from. Their user name will be tied to only allow them to see a specific group of names. The username will remain the same from year to year but the password will be able to be changed. 4 users will have access to everything. 12 users will have access to their entire group. 85 users will only have access to only their information. User names and passwords can be in a lookup table that I directly input into once a year.
