Badge designs for user accomplishements

We have a list of 20 specific user accomplishments that we would like to provide badges for. We have a general design direction, but need someone to help execute on the direction.
Badges will need to reflect the accomplishment they correspond with (would rather not say more than that on a public description), which is where we need some creative help.
In addition, we'd also like whoever works on this to take a stab at redesigning our logo as well.
Current logo/assets and far more details provided upon request. Would like to have a designer with experience designing badges for a gamification environment.
