AngularJs 2 application (web/mobile) to sell tickets

The request is to develop a web application using AngularJS 2 (not the 1.x) with bootstrap or material design suitable for all modern browser (IE,Edge,Firefox,Chrome) and also for mobile devices.
The application is quite simple and consume REST API that are provided. I’m using Java Spring ([login to view URL]), so you can use all facilitations Spring provides.
Skills required
• Good knowledge of AngularJS 2 and best practices
• clarity in the code
• flexibility and good understanding of the requirements
• good code design

After your requests I uploaded a new version of specifications with an example of JSON reply. I follow the patterns HATEOAS with HAL implementation in order to follow best practices.
