ADN: Design a Logo

We have need of a company logo. The name of the company is "ADN". The company produces a medical device for the diagnoses and treatment of esophageal cancer. An image of the device and some illustrations of its use are attached. It is NOT a requirement that they be incorporated ... but they are there for reference in case you want to try to merge the concept of the device with the logo. We would like to limit the logo to no more than three colors so that it can be printed easily. We would like the logo to be attractive and be used for web, business cards, marketing collateral, etc. Successful bidders should have a nice portfolio demonstrating their works and have read this short description. We can't accept a bid from someone who does not have an online portfolio. If you don't have that please don't bid. You should also be capable of quick turnarounds. To prove you read it please include the word "balloon" in you response.
