Need Help to build Gaming Clan Website Under $100

Hi. Iam hiring Website builder. Who will be working on my Gaming Clan Website.

As right now, I already Have Hosting Ftp & Domain hosting.

I just need build my website. Previously Some one made my website using joomla templates. I did not liked at all. So if you going to use some templete stuff. Dont Bother.
