1. A responsive website. This website will be used on mobile only 95% of the time and will be hosted locally and access from Local Wifi. So speed should not be problem.
2. Page should load on demand. Initial webpage loading on mobile phone should not take time. (to be less than 10 seconds)
3. The text and picture for the pictures should be picked up from appropriate TXT files and folders.
4. One single admin page needed to edit the txt and loading videos/pictures.
