CakePHP Development of a Huge Social Networking Site

Hello, we are looking for great CakePHP developers and web designers to develop a huge social networking site in full CakePHP2 framework.

== Project Details ==

In this project, we will develop a social networking site like facebook and Google+. Differently from them, our site allows users to have various communications based on their "profile information" with each other.

In fact, we launched this project from this July on Elance but unfortunately it failed due to the developers' low skills and bad designs. So we would like to restart the project with other developers here. And, because the existing source code is based on "Croogo" (CakePHP-based open source CMS), even though you can re-use any parts of the existing source code, we need you to unwrap the croogo and re-develop the whole system with clean CakePHP source code. And please note that the existing source code have many bugs and those are not clean, so we recommend you to use them just as reference.

== The Minimum Requirements ==

#01. Super high leveled CakePHP skill is required. You have ever developed more than 5 web applications based on CakePHP 2. Please give us the URLs with the development time for reference, And if you can, please give us sample CakePHP Controller files which you developed, so that we can understand your CakePHP skill further.

#02. We care about the designing skills as well. Please let us see your past works.

#03. You always have to strictly keep the delivery date and high quality works. This is one of the most important requirement. We would like you to suggest me what you will do when you would think you would not keep the days, in advance.

#04. You have to report us the progress of development with the latest source code of the "Controller", "Model", "View" files, once a week at least. If you develop on our demo server, you don't need to send us the files.

#05. You everyone who involved in this project needs nice English skill, because there may be a time when we have to have a discussion with your programmers or designers as well.

#06. You need to tell us the detailed milestones with your estimation of working time and costs as early as you can. Regarding the amount of each milestones, they will be equally-divided except the last milestone. The last milestone would be 30%.

#07. You need to develop with clean CakePHP source code and you cannot use third-party modules such as Croogo-CMS without our approval.

#08. System requirement: CakePHP2, PHP5, MySQL, jQuery (Latest stable versions would be fine)

#09. You need to develop 2 interfaces as below:

* FRONT-END : The pages which are used by users.

* BACK-END : The pages which are used by us (site admins/moderators) to manage users, their contents and site settings.

== Important ==

#A. In this project, we will pick two developers (companies) to see how they are doing, and cancel one of them on the way. Of course, we will pay the milestones you did.

#B. We will send you the url of the existing site which developed by last developer, partial existing source code and the wireframes if your bid draw my attention.
