3D Logo Animation

I would like a 3D animation for our Logo. The logo is for a children's game and should be done in a black background.
The logo has a world map in the background and I would like to have a spinning digital (see through) globe and then have two lights appear from opposite sides (like satellites or rockets) and these lights spell the name Spy Quest and then tail off with the upper and lower curves of the logo.
This a Spy game and anything that makes gives it a Mission Impossible look would be great.
