Converting 13 hand drawn images into a digital format

I have 13 cartoon-like hand drawn black and white images that I need converted to a digital format and colored. It's pretty straight forward Photoshop work.
I'm fun and easy to work with. The time frame for the project is 3 weeks, so nothing will be too rushed.
Please note: By accepting this project you agree that all rights and ownership of the completed digital images are mine alone. I don't think this should be an issue as the job is copying already created content, but I always like to be clear.
