Custom Booking Website For A Service Business Needed

We need a team of developers and designers skilled in php to develop a new booking site for a company in the service industry. This site will allow customers to get an instant quote then schedule and pay for the service online. The customers will have online access to there own account to reorder, view or cancel services. The office workers will also have those capabilities along with adding new employees, new customers, editing data, view/creating schedules and many other admin functions. The field workers will receive text notifications of jobs and have the ability to update job statuses on there smartphones. These are just a few of the many features that are required. If you have similar experience in this type of development it's a big plus. This is an immediate start and we would like to have these completed asap.
We are undecided on the technologies we want to use but are thinking maybe Laravel or Mean.
