Project Outline: D3PT Wordpress

I have a project where I am transitioning a library of existing video training content into an online environment by creating it as a website. I have developed and deployed a POC for this service available at www.d3pt.com.au.

The POC was developed in Weebly and the primary task for this project is to replicate [login to view URL] as a Wordpress website.

The scope for this project is as follows…

Primary Task:

Redeploy [login to view URL] as a Wordpress site.

Requirements:

- Replicate all pages, content and layout from [login to view URL] as a Wordpress site. Cannot be done via RSS as Weebly site is not a blog.

- Add a user management module (email address, password) requiring people to sign up and create an account before they are able to access content. Membership is free.

- Add analytics to allow for assessment of user accessing each content item or content library.

- Add an email client so members may be emailed about any updates to the content library

Outcome:

When the primary task is completed I should be able to duplicate and re-brand the Wordpress site for different clients. The freelancer commissioned for the primary task may be re-engaged to help deploy these cloned sites in the future.

Deployment:

I have a Multi-Site tenant on Microsoft Azure already established and can provide access to this tenant for the Freelancer who will be undertaking this task for me. Previous experience with Microsoft Azure is a benefit.

Freelancer Requirements:

Desirable traits are:

- Excellent skills at creating Wordpress websites

- Previous experience migrating Weebly sites to Wordpress (not via RSS)

- Ability to work quickly and use existing example as a template

- High attention to detail

- Great communication skills

- Ability to complete this task quickly so additional work may be commissioned
