We're looking for somebody to help develop our website, initially for two days a week working from our head office in Darlington, County Durham.
Ideally you'd be a freelancer working on current projects, but with a view to working a couple of days a week in a modern and friendly environment. You'll need to have a good understanding of design and be proficient in PHP, MYSQL, CSS, HTML5, Javascript.
You'll work alongside our existing team creating HTML5 compliant templates from either pre-designed PSD's or idea's jotted down on paper. These templates would then need splitting into includes and then programming into our current website. You'll need to have an understanding of rewrites and how to write SEO friendly URLs.
There's a lot to discuss but a better explanation of the projects and what is required can be discussed once the right candidate has been found. Our budget is £100 per day - ideally two fixed days a week, 9-5pm working solely on SG Petch projects. We'll also help cover some of your fuel costs commuting back and forward to our premises.
