I am looking for a website for appointment
I am serving people of groups that visit my company office.
I want those group to come to the site in appointment
The appointment can be done from the customer side with password and user name as well as from the company side also with user name.
The Company management have master edit who can delete and modify all appointments or delete them.
Any changes to the appointment will result in both parties to receive a confirmation [login to view URL] of the change or the addition.
Each appointment has a maximum cap of 20 staff
any appointment over 20 should be sent for the system manager for approval.
System manager can search the appointments by date, time, mobile number, company name ..etc
Appointment report should be available and easy to be printed.
customer can view the available timing for appointments and can select the suitable time and date.
blocked timing of appointments will be managed by the system manager.
The system is not required with fancy design, just simple design is OK.
The most important is the fields and the company registration for appointments.
