create logo source files from concept

We have a concept of a new logo. This logo needs to be created in Photoshop / Illustrator and the source files provided to us so that they can be used across all elements of our marketing and corporate branding.
Ideally we need high resolution vector images that can be used on vehicles, large signage as well as the usual jpeg and pdf versions that can be used for online/print.
We would need 2 versions of each logo, one on a white background, one on black. A transparent option would also be helpful.
Copy of the concept logo will be uploaded separately.
