Logo and Stationery Design

The attached Powerpoint contains a mock logo for a company called Art in Fitness. The logo now needs to be refined further and finalised so that it is suitable for commercial use. The is the first task. The second task is to create the stationery and marketing materials. Quotes should be provided for Task 1 separately and then Task 1 and Task 2 combined.
TASK 1: (logo design and finalisation)
We require the following:
1) The existing logo has a person with arms stretching out sideways and 3 rings around his body. The arms should be adjusted so that they point upward (45-degrees) rather than to the side
2) The overall color scheme is gold and grey, and we would like to see various concept designs with these colors and any other colors the designer feels may be more suited
3) Changes to the font, font color, font sizes to tidy it up
4) Formatted to a high resolution so that it can be used on web sites, marketing materials such as flyers, banners, letters and business cards.
5) Created in a program suitable for graphics designers
TASK 2: (stationery)
We require the following:
1) Design of a template business card, letter head and flyer using the logo finalised in Task 1

2) Allow for iterations in the logo and stationery design, being reasonable. Graphics design tasks often require tweaking/evaluation of different concepts before choosing the right one
